my crazy brother-in-law is standing six feet away arguing that F/X has somehow blocked anyone from taping the station. He's "sure" of this because whenever he's programmed his VCR to record something on F/X, it doesn't work. When Stephen and I assurd him that this is patently untrue, he wanted to know why you can't tape HBO and the other premium channels. When we assured him that you can, indeed, do that, he wanted to know how/why they sell so many boxed sets of their shows. Um, because folks don't want to keep crappy VHS copies, or be responsible for taping each and every episode of a show?
