Basking

I just took a two-and-a-half hour nap, and woke up to find Stephen had made sweet and sour chicken. Yum.

When Sara woke up from her nap earlier today, this is what I heard through the monitor, in her little warbling voice: "I right here, Mama! I right here!"

We're watching The Addams Family tonight with Ben. Raul Julia, how we miss you. And there's mint chocolate chip ice cream for dessert.

Good things. Taking a few days off from any kind of productive work doesn't suck, you know? (Even if it means I'm not a very good drabbler, szandara.)
