All the Die Hards, All the Bournes, All the National Treasures, All the Indiana Jones, All the Mummys, plus the Scorpion King. Blowin' shit up? H gotta have it. I'm surprised we don't have Rockys, Rambos, and Chuck Norrises in there. We do have most of Tom Hanks' ouevre. (I'm never sure, did I just say we have most of Tom Hanks'egg?)

Oh! Oh! I can't believe you've never seen Wings of Desire! Your not-seen list overlaps a lot with mine so I can't comment on most of them (except, if you see nothing else, you should at least watch "What Would Brian Boitano Do?" from SP, unjustly robbed of an Oscar Best Song nomination by the pleasant but inferior "Blame Canada").

But that's just a parenthetical. The non-parenthetical absolute requirement is that you truly must see Wings of Desire, for about a billion reasons. So lovely, so unlike anything else on that list, so dreamlike and true and marvelous. Please?

South Park sort of makes me cringe. But I will watch some clips of Boitano skating!

I *should* see Wings of Desire! We need to get our NetFlix account up and running again. "Dreamlike and true and marvelous" is a pretty convincing argument, ma'am.
