3) Oh please, random young hot guy, with your slightly scuzzy bad-boy vibe, could you just stand there a while longer and let me look at you? Pretty please? With beer and cigarettes on top?

4) Do you really think it shows proper planning to shop for a suit for a 9 a.m. interview at 8:50 p.m. the NIGHT BEFORE?!

5) No, I'm not an escaped mental patient. The humidity has taken out its aggression on my innocent hair.

I probably wouldn't have been able to restrain myself from 1 & 5, but then, this is me, we're talking about. There's a reason I no longer work retail. It's safer that way.

You know, mostly it's not too bad. I like talking to people and the majority of them are not, um, the COMPLETE PIG BASTARDS the other ones are. The fitting rooms drive me crazy, though -- who does that?! Who leaves a dozen pieces of clothing inside out and on the floor?! Way before I ever worked retail (and I started at about seventee, in the juniors department at Bloomingdale's, where they recycled my paycheck every week), I never in a million years would have left clothes in the fitting room ON HANGERS, much less on the floor.
